Why is a product that damages the heart being recommended and/or mandated for those at extremely low risk for COVID-19 — especially when it has been admitted that the product had not been proven to stop transmission?

Question #2

Why would a product made to prevent or protect against a respiratory virus damage the heart?

Question #3

If a product was made to stay in the upper arm, yet damages the heart, what else could the product be damaging?
