Experimental drugs are getting pushed and mandated without informed consent. NOTE: By “guilty” I mean “at fault”. This is an opinion-based poll. Should other groups be considered? How about nanotech or Artificial Intelligence companies? Which entities are playing which roles?
I blame the massive numbers of low-level bureaucrats, mainly women, rubber-stamping orders to have people, especially children, meet vaccine mandates at all the various institutions that allow(ed) such mandates to come into existence in the first place.
They’re all equally guilty. I’m with Rascal. I did eventually say drug manufacturers as they are making it. But, who is most guilty? The Colombian farmer growing cocoa leaves? The cartel? The importers? The guy on the street selling it? The paid off politician who fights to keep the border open and gets $10 mill a year paid to her by El Chapo? They’re all guilty. If you’re racist you could arguably say the farmer might be least guilty. But if he didn’t grow it it stops there.
The "scientists" who invented this absolutely knew what they do before they were even approved. The only way they even got past the mouse testing stage was complete fraud, let alone what has happened.
I seriously do not know how any of the people involved could even be involved and not kill themselves from the guilt. They may as well be a different species than I am.
Would have been helpful to have the poll as percentage(s) of 100%. We could then divvy up the responsibility between more than just one of the groups listed.
Those running the vaxxx studies knew the truth early on.
But even the standard doctors refused to question any of the charade. And they still don't. It's amazing the cognitive disconnect from the many 'suddenly died' around them.

I can’t choose because I count them all equally guilty. They all lied and about 99.999% are still lying.
Most guilty? Guilty is guilty IMHO. All are culpable.
The principle of leadership states that if anything goes wrong on your watch it is your fault.
