Remember the Nuremberg code? Coercing people to take an experimental drug or vax is illegal. Why is the law being ignored and violated?

I am not a lawyer, but this is my crude understanding. Anyone can feel free to correct me. The Nuremberg Code is an ethical code as opposed to a law. U.S. vs. Brandt et. al. was an international trial. Liability protection through the PREP Act (2020) protected the research and development and even distributors and administrators of the vaccines. However, if these entities committed fraud, in which willful misconduct or gross negligence is proven, that would release or limit the liability protection (https://www.mayerbrown.com/en/perspectives-events/publications/2013/08/limitations-on-liability-exceptions-for-gross-negl ). A group of over 200 doctors sued the FDA over a FOIA request and Pfizer documents are currently getting released, some of which can be found here: https://phmpt.org/pfizers-documents/ . I need to look at things closer, but the 21st Century Cures Act talks about informed consent, and states informed consent is not necessary if the risk to none to minimal. I believe that is something that needs to be changed because it does not provide adequate protection where there is fraud, and "minimal" is vague. Informed consent in human experiments should always be required in my opinion.

My Representative is in it for himself and blows off requests. I think he's a Republican/ RINO, but I'm not positive. All I know is if we get to vote, I won't be voting for him. My Senator seems to be a staunch Republican trying to do things right for America. He's an ex-marine. (Once a Marine, always a Marine.) --- Knowing the above, I don't know if requesting help would do any good. --- This new bill needs to be stopped!

I added a link to the post that debates the issue of contacting representatives outside of your district. If you feel the issue is of utmost importance, it's okay to, so long as you let them know you are not their constituent.

Got scared momentarily and retreated this morning by taking down this page, but I do believe in this, so I will forge on. There are more than 80 co-sponsors of this bill. Awareness needs to be raised.
