Here is my reply:
“I do not see this as a clear yes/no question nor a question of fact, but of opinion. In addition, mixing supposed diagnostic test results along with self diagnosis raises my eyebrow.
I take zero supplements, prescriptions, herbal treatments, medical procedures, etc. I probably consume GMO food and am exposed to toxins and mold just as much as the average person. I do things outdoors, just the normal stuff in maintaining a household, gloves on or off depending on how well or quickly I can get the job done. I have no problem going under the dunk wall shared by hundreds during a mud obstacle and leaving that mud on me for hours. I believe a lil' dirt never hurt, and is actually good for you. I can veg out for hours watching useless TV or not. I can sleep all night or wake up five times. Most days I drink 1.5 cups of coffee and forget to drink water. Sometimes I forget to eat until 5pm. My strongest cravings are meat and chocolate, and I feed the crave. When I clean out the fridge, I try to clean it out by eating what's okay before throwing it out. I love take leftovers and making something not remotely found in any recipe book lol. Yet, I haven't needed to take a sick day in over a decade and still receive the highest health rating for life insurance. Go figure. I'm not telling people what to do. I think each person is different. Do what works for you.
That said, I do wash my hands thoroughly when I enter a house after being out and all the other times you are supposed to. I practice basic, non-obsessive hygiene, and try not to overstress through reflection and action. I drink to celebrate on occasion, and hold my breathe around chemicals at home and work, or nasty exhaust fumes when driving. I try to stick to a plan to not upset the planning of others and stick to my word to help keep my integrity. I believe we often make things much, much more complicated than they need to be.
I think of all the cats and dogs that I've had in life, thinking how they just live on simply cat/dog food and water, and carry on till their ripe age. We do not have cats and dogs dying in the middle of the night or during a run in the park.
When people die unexpectedly without explanation, the normal way of proceeding is investigation to rule out foul play and autopsy to provide an explanation. Without doing these we’re are dismissing the importance of their life and the possibility of a deadly pathogen, compromised state, poison, or malice. Not providing or seeking explanation I think is a sick thing and certainly will cause damage to our children's and our own psychological well-being.
Did I avoid getting Covid? I have no idea.
But I do know I'm not going to let anyone inject or take something into my body or my kids simply based on their opinion that it's what I should do. That I do know.”

And yes, I shared this on facebook where many people seem to share opposite views of mine. I do so because, hopefully, we all live and learn.
Dear Readers, Thank you for allowing me to vent and helping to keep me sane! I appreciate your words of support, and while I can't respond to every comment, I do read them all and appreciate sharing your thoughts. Some days I feel like I'm just hanging on by a thread lol those are probably the days I'm more likely to write. I'm learning all the time and all these little bits of information are so useful. We all have different concerns, ideas, situations, but I do believe there is one thing that pulls us together. It doesn't even need to be said. Thank you again and keep hanging in there. Definitely ups and downs, but every day is a brand new day that can present a lot of possibilities. Take breaks when needed and don't forget to prepare your lifeboat, as time allows, with things that don't go bad and that you'll need anyways.
