In order to know which injuries or deaths may be caused by which shots and to understand treatment protocols for injuries and further preventing death, beginning with clinical trials and into the future, demand medical systems work with health departments to disclose, at a minimum, the following information for each person that has died:

• Manufacturer

• Lot/batch number

• Age of person

• Sex of person

• Cause of death

• Country of death (or state/province of death, if applicable)

• How many COVID-19 shots

• Days till death (DTD) - the number of days after last shot until the person died

[NOTE: In order to preserve confidentiality, no need to disclose name or date of death]
