A very important read from Dr. Byram Bridle (plus a bonus update from Kyle Warner for hope)
Lots of important graphs, and Dr. Bridle explains things so well. When things go beyond his expertise, he stops explaining and points to other sources. This is what I admire so much about him
I only glanced through it with the first read, but read it entirely the second time.
Dr. Bridle just makes sense to me.
It seems so much attention to drawn to the male cohort’s myocarditis and pericarditis adverse reactions, but in this article it reflects on the female cohort as well.
The upshot is, it is not as simple as: it is safe and effective and stays in the deltoid muscle.
Also, as an aside:
NIH aware of issues enough to allocate $1.67 million in August 2021 to study the effect of covid vaxs on menstruation - https://www.nichd.nih.gov/newsroom/news/083021-COVID-19-vaccination-menstruation - yet here we have universities (at least in the U.S.) still pushing boosters for the 2022-2023 calendar year!
It leaves my heart so heavy for so many.
My question after reading all of this is, now what?
What is the best way to detox, and is the regimen different for men and women?
If you cannot afford supplements, what foods are best?
What lifestyle changes are helpful?
Also given this study (granted the study is in vitro - my hopes are the miracle that we call the entire human body will fare better, especially a healthy one), my worries are still doubled if not quadrupled: https://www.mdpi.com/1467-3045/44/3/73/htm
… but now what?
We are given the studies,
but not the action of what is best to do.
Actions that are affordable and attainable for all.
I have my own thoughts found below from reading here and there, but comments are open:
I also share a couple videos from competitive mountain biker, Kyle Warner, who shares his experience after getting vaccinated. I like to follow what is going on with him because it gives me hope. First video is from October 2021, and the second one is from February 2022.
Kyle, Thank you for sharing your story and in such a kind, caring way. I'm also glad to see in recent videos you are feeling better and praying you get better and better with every day.
love - peace - faith
